IBC (INFORMA GROUP) were the first installed base for JAVELIN. The IBC Marketing Database has just celebrated it's 10th year and passed the Year 2000 tests during May 1999. It has grown since 1989 from some 50,000 to 1.5 million business to business customers & prospects for IBC core activities of publishing and conferences.

IBC (INFORMA GROUP) took delivery in January 1999 of the latest version of FESTIVAL for their conference & event management activities. IBC plan to use Festival during the latter part of 1999 to provide delegate  registration facilities for NEIL STEWART ASSOCIATES conferences and LLP conferences & exhibitions which are part of the new INFORMA GROUP. In addition IBC will be using Festival to manage events on behalf of other organisations.
